Ordering Information
- Must paid 70% of the deposit after design confirmation, the balance must be paid on the time we delivered to you by hand (Klang Valley only).
- For outside Klang Valley, payment must be made in full. Your order will be courier using our selected trusted courier services only.
- Your payment will be notify within 24hours after we receive your payment confirmation.
- Customer who make payment using ATM cash deposit, transfer or cheque deposit after bank operation hours, all transactions will be consider under the next working day.
- Please make a cash payable to "Mohamad Ihsan Bin Mohamad Zainuddin", CIMB BANK : 1284 0002198 521 . Please email to intelligenceinvest@hotmail.com or fax to 03-22825009 the payment slip for our acknowledgment.
- The payment slip must be email or fax within office hours, Monday to Friday at 8.30am to 5.30pm. Please write down your name, contact number, cotation number and address so that our company can proses your order as soon as possible. If you fax after office hours we will confirm your payment and process your order on the next working day.
- Customer are advice to check the goods quality and quantity immediately after collect the goods. If there is a mistake due to our printing, please contact us 03-22021215 or 0122469704 within 2 days. After the period, return goods are not accepted. We will not entertain if the mistake made by customer e.g. typo error, details, design and etc.
- Any return goods will be print back and delivered to customer using the same address.
- Customer may refer to courier services once we courier the goods, we will provide user with the reference number from the courier services.
